COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Eaton Leonard 804876 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Encoder-Products products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ecd parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 El-o-matic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Encoder-Products such as the 7162500HVIND126SSY spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C22PH1MAPS2UM manufactured by Ecd and we are pleased to be able to service most Ecd systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EDO200U1AOOA22KO by Manufacturer El-o-matic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Electroswitch Brand 31005A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Endevco such as 7254A equipment made by Endevco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Endevco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Endevco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R2E220AA40B8 made by Ebmpapst as well as the popular BFLM003DD original spares produced by Ei-Systems Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3051S2TG3A2B11A1AK6Q4 by Emerson-/-Rosemount and 7254A spares by Endevco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 115E2C301BACAA115190 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Emerson-Control-Techniques. |
